Most City Club Shirts products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Production

Orders typically require a few business days for production before shipping. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Shipping estimates are separate from production time and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one package. If that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Address Changes

If you notice an issue with your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, we can't guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.
